Easy to order, happy with purchase

Just picked up some Kalinga Robusta ground coffee. The website was pretty easy to navigate, found what I wanted quick. It shipped out fast and got here in good shape. I've been using it for my morning brew and it's got a nice kick to it, not too bitter. It's just good, everyday coffee. I'd probably buy from them again when I run out.

Good coffee, decent service

I ordered the Espresso Blend and a French Press. The coffee itself was really good, exactly what I expected for an espresso. The French Press feels sturdy enough for daily use. Shipping took about 6 days to get to me in California, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but it arrived well-packaged. Overall, a solid experience and good value for the quality of the coffee.

Sagada Arabica is fantastic!

I bought the Sagada Arabica whole beans and they are incredible! The aroma when I opened the bag was just amazing. Made a pour over this morning and it was so smooth. I'm definitely ordering again soon, and telling all my friends about this place!

Consistently great beans

This is my third time ordering from Libis, and they're always reliable. I usually go for the House Blend, but this time I tried the Cold Brew Blend. It brewed up perfectly smooth, just like I like it. My last order came in 4 days, this one took 5 days to reach Denver, but the packaging is always secure. It's nice to know I can count on them for quality beans without any surprises. That's why I keep coming back.

Quick question about shipping. If I order today, like a couple bags of whole beans, how long does it usually take to get to, say, Davao City?

A Ashley 1 week ago
For Davao, I'd say maybe 3-5 business days? Depends on when you order exactly, but they're usually pretty quick with processing.

Mine took like 4 days to Cebu last month, so Davao should be similar. You'll get it, just might not be next day.

Are their beans actually fresh? Like, how recently were they roasted before shipping? Don't want stale coffee.

W William Lopez 2 days ago
From my experience, super fresh. They usually roast pretty close to when they ship. I've seen roast dates just a few days old.

Yeah, they're big on freshness. I asked once and they told me they roast to order or very close to it. You won't get old stock.

Hey, I'm trying to decide between the Libis Espresso Blend and something from Plain Sight. Anyone tried both and can give me a quick comparison? Looking for something strong but not bitter.

J Jason W. 2 weeks ago
Plain Sight is good, but Libis has this certain depth, especially their Espresso Blend. It's really balanced for an espresso, less bright than Plain Sight's usual stuff, I think.

Yeah, if you want that robust, classic espresso kick, Libis is probably your best bet. Plain Sight leans a bit more modern, lighter roasts sometimes.

Can you actually get the beans ground for pour over, or is it just whole bean and then like, fine or coarse?

D Daniel Nguyen 4 days ago
Yep, you can choose the grind size! They have options for different brewing methods, pour over included. Just select it when you add to cart.

I always get mine ground for French press, so yeah, they definitely let you pick. Super convenient.

Thinking of trying their subscription, but are there any first-order discounts that stack or anything? Trying to save a few bucks.

I Ian 4 weeks ago
Afaik, there's usually a first-order promo, but I don't think you can stack it with a subscription discount. They usually have separate deals for each.

Check their website for a newsletter signup popup, sometimes that gives you a percentage off your first purchase. The subscription itself usually has its own discount built in.
